Logging In and Logging Out

To begin working within SLIP, you must first log in with proper credentials provided to you from either the SLA or from a broker "master user". On the Log In screen, you see the SLIP logo and a panel below it that contains prompts for your username and password. For SLA Employees and CDI Users there is a link that enables a third space to supply the SLA Broker Number.

Before accessing SLIP for the first time, the system will require you to agree to the SLIP Terms and Conditions.

Logging In - SLA Brokers

1. Navigate to the SLIP Log In screen by going to https://slip.slacal.com.
2. Enter a valid username in the Username textbox.
3. Enter a valid password in the Password textbox.
4. Click the Login button.

Log Out

1. On any page in SLIP, click the Logout tab at the top of the screen. A logout page will display notifying you that you have been logged out.

Hints:

If the user enters invalid credentials ten times within sixty minutes, the system will lock the account.

User Name is NOT case-sensitive.

Password is case-sensitive and must exactly match the password associated to your account.

If the user is associated to only one Broker Location, the Home screen displays for the assigned Broker Location upon log in.

If the user is associated to multiple Broker Locations, the Available Broker Locations screen displays upon log in.
